The Old Nailer’s Cottage, on the corner of High Street and Ridgacre Road West, is presently the only listed building in Quinton. It has a Grade II listing and is shown quite extensively on this website.
In 2002 the building changed occupiers. The new owners were extremely helpful to the society by allowing me to photograph the interior and exterior. They also kindly donated to the society one of the windows out of the Tollhouse, which was situated on the corner of College Road and Hagley Road. The window, which had been affixed to an outside wall in the garden, was in need of almost complete renovation. A member of the society offered to carry out this work and I am pleased to announce that his task is now almost complete. Please view the photograph below.
